The Irvington Theater Commission is our theater’s policy-making organization. It governs the use of our space and oversees its maintenance and management. The Mayor of Irvington appoints the members of the Commission for three-year terms.

The Friends of the Irvington Town Hall Theater, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) fundraising charity whose mission is to support and collaborate with the Irvington Theater Commission on enhancing and improving the theater as a focal point for artistic and cultural programming in the Rivertowns.
