BOX OFFICE POLICIES
TICKETS AVAILABLE ONLINE:
The best way to purchase tickets for IT is online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by clicking here and using your credit card. Many productions offer discounts for purchasing tickets in advance. Online ticket sales cut off two hours prior to any given performance at which time tickets may only be purchased in-person at the box office.
MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards are accepted. For your safety all online sales require you to provide the CCV code on your credit card. This extra step helps prevent fraudulent transactions by verifing that the physical card is present during the transaction. Credit card information provided during checkout is used solely to process the transaction and is NEVER saved in our system.
To pay by telephone call 914.591.6602.
All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES unless a show is cancelled. Please send a friend in your place if you cannot use your tickets.
MOBILE TICKET DELIVERY:
We have recently added the ability to select mobile dlivery as a green alternative to printing your tickets out. After completing your purchase you will recieve an email with instructions on how to access your tickets on your phone. If you have any questions or concerns don;t hesitate to reach out. We are happy to help.
Patrons who show up without their tickets will be charged the $2 will-call fee to have them printed at the door.
In the event of inclement weather the theater reserves the right to postpone or cancel a performance for safety reasons. No refunds due to inclement weather will be issued unless the Irvington Theater cancels the performance. For a status update on the day of the show, patrons can go to www.irvingtontheater.com or call 914.591.6602 for a recorded message. Please note, IT is eqipped with heat during the winter months, but does not have A/C which is why we are closed during the summer.
At Irvington Theater we strive to keep ticket fees as low as possible. All events are charged a per ticket fee which is used to cover the cost of running the box office. The per-ticket fee for most events at IT is $1.70 for online sales and $3 when purchased through the box office. Additionally, the theater charges a $1 / ticket facility to fee to cover venue operating expenses. Tickets may be held at will call but an additional processing fee of $2/ORDER will be applied. FEES ARE ALWAYS LOWEST FOR TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE.
Arriving late to a performance can be extremely disturbing to the artists and your fellow audience members. As a consideration to the vast majority of our patrons who arrive on time, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management at an appropriate pause in the performance.
There is a limited number of fully ADA accessible wheelchair spaces on the orchestra level of the Theater. Wheelchair spaces are available for purchase online and are denoted by blue boxes on our seating map. Box and Balcony Seats are NOT ADA compliant and may be inaccessible for individuals who find it difficult to climb stairs.
Restrooms are located on the orchestra level and are fully ADA accessible.
Handicapped parking is available on Main Street in front of Town Hall.
Do not hesitate to call the box office (914.591.6602) if you have any questions.
CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
The use of recording devices including but not limited to still cameras or video cameras are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Use of such devices during a performance is a violation of federal copyright law and is an actionable offense.
